FRAMELINE · PORTFOLIO TEMPLATE FOR FRAMER
For photo and video studios that win campaigns: the work runs past a viewfinder as you scroll, every film plays in one click.
FREE UPDATES · UNLIMITED SITES, CLIENT WORK INCLUDED · REMIX LINK AFTER CHECKOUT
Frameline is a Framer template for a stills and motion production studio that wins campaigns from its website. The home page is a strip of film. Scrolling runs the work past a viewfinder gate, so the frame in the gate plays in colour and the rest sit in greyscale, with the project name and client underneath. Click a frame and its film plays in a lightbox, from a YouTube, Vimeo or .mp4 link. Every project also has its own page, and the same work is laid out as a contact sheet and a shot log. One CMS collection drives all of it. A CRT screen effect gives it the look of a monitor and can be turned down or off. Desktop, tablet and phone layouts, a real phone menu, a setup guide page and a branded 404.

Hello,
Most of the internet’s good design goes to companies that can afford it. Small businesses, freelancers and one-person agencies get the leftovers: cookie-cutter builders, agency quotes out of reach, websites that look like everyone else’s.
We think the small end of the internet deserves better. The barber, the bridal artist, the coach, the one-person agency carrying five clients. Their work is real. Their websites should look like it.
This studio is our answer. Complete websites designed with a point of view, priced so a one-person business can own one, and built so a normal person can open, edit and publish in a day. Every template here is a site we would ship for a paying client. If it is not good enough for that, it does not get listed.
The internet gets better one good small website at a time. Make yours one of them.
